Settled Packs Page

The Settled Packs page displays Scratchers game packs that were settled by or for the retail location by accounting week. The reporting time period is defined by the accounting week ending dates within the Start Date and End Date. The default Start Date and End Date are set to the most recent, full 13 accounting weeks.

Each row represents an accounting week and displays the week ending date, the number of packs settled for the week, the dollar amount of the settled packs, and the commission amount of the settled packs. The Total row displays the totals of the weekly pack amounts, and the Average row displays the averages of the weekly pack amounts.

Each row displays the following information:

• Date

• Number of Packs

• Settled Amount

• Commission Amount

You can further expand each row to display a settlement history. Each row in the settlement history displays:

• Game Number

• Game Name

• Pack Number

• Price Point

• Pack Value

• Commission

• Settle Date

• Settle Reason

• Activation Date
