Retailer Location Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in. Sales pages display information for the retail location associated with your user ID.

Corporate Account Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in.

• If you do not select a location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display rolled-up information for all corporate locations, as authorized by the user ID. To display totals for a single retail location, select the location on the Menu bar.

• If you select a retail location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display corporate account totals, select Corporate Totals on any Sales page.

Oklahoma Lottery Users

The Sales menu is only available after you select a corporate account or retail location on the Menu bar.

• If you select a corporate account but do not select a location, Sales pages display information for the entire corporation.

• If you select a corporate account and a location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display associated corporate account totals, select Corporate Totals on any Sales page.

• If you select a location on the Menu bar that is not associated with a corporate account, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

To display information for a different corporate account or retail location:

1. Select the Clear Selection button on the Menu bar to clear both the corporate account and location selections, and return to the Home Dashboard page.

2. Select the corporate account on the Menu bar and optionally select a location within the corporate account.
